Olá malta. Hoje venho falar um pouco num dilema que me afecta em particular, mas que estou certo que afecta ao resto da população ocidental em geral. Que problema é este perguntas tu???

Pá o que vamos comer pra ver uma filmaça!!!!!

Eu quando vivia em Inglaterra tinha um amigo que aparecia lá em casa com muita frequência. Pá e quando tínhamos tempo livre acabávamos sempre por ver uma filmaça. Deve dizer que tenho saudades desses tempos. Lol. Boa vida. Trabalhava como um desgraçado, mas também vivia um pouco melhor e no fundo no fundo divertia-me. Olhando para trás agora confesso que só comíamos porcaria que nos deixava na mesma cheios de fome. Por isso vou deixar aqui um vídeo com uma receita que te vai deixar saciado e que sem sombra de duvidas é muito mais saudável que qualquer outro snack que possas comprar no supermercado.

When I lived in England, I had a friend who came to my house very often. Man, and when we had free time, we ended up always watching a movie. I must say I miss those times. Lol. Good Life. Worked like a dog, but also lived a little better. We also had a good time. Looking back now I confess that we only ate rubbish that ended up not satisfying us.
